We help you protect your property, and your peace of mind. High Country Home Watch Services understands the needs and challenges of absentee/vacation property owners. We are based in the High Country, in the Pinetop - Lakeside - Show Low area of Arizona's White Mountains. That means we're here on the mountain 24/7, available to offer a quick response to your needs and the needs of your home. Our weekly or bimonthly site inspections watch for signs of any damage or failing systems due to harsh weather conditions, break-ins, vandalism, pests, etc., while you're away. We inspect all interior and exterior areas of your property, and prepare a status report on our findings after each inspection. In the event of an incident at the home, we prepare a report with photo documentation for your records.
